Ever curious what happened to Chris Hanel and Fig Chrystie?  Those guys were such heavy hitters in the fanfilm community.  Well, PlanetFandom has tracked them down, and they have their own show! 

Geekza "generally centers around things that interest us, and those tend to be geeky things related to the world of filmmaking, movie trivia, our own existence in the special effects community and gaming. "

They currently produce the show via a new service called Talkshoe, which allows live chat and call-ins.  They've been releasing one audio episode a week, with a video ep each month.  They've various fanfilm stars (Trey Stokes, Ryan Weiber and Micheal "Dorkman" Scott) as well as industry luminaries as Brian Finifter, Chris Gore, and Lee Stringer to name but a few.  Great talk with old friends at Geekza.com

Sorry about the delay in news. Personal life happens even in fandom. But speaking of bad news, one of the finest video shows out there covering aspects of fandom as well as regular sci fi is coming to a close.
Lynne's Sci Fi News will be putting out its final episode soon. I've been a huge fan since their early eps, and we at Planet Fandom send out our well wishes to Lynne and her crew.
